NDLI Book Hunt Competition
The Library and Information Center of New Horizon College of Engineering, in collaboration with the National Digital Library of India (NDLI), organized an engaging Book Hunt Competition on 28th May 2025, to promote student interaction with library resources and to foster information literacy.
The event began with an inaugural session led by Dr. Anitha Rai, Director of Library and Alumni Relations, who introduced the objectives of the hunt. Participants were given a list of five books to locate within the library. Their selections were verified for accuracy, and winners were chosen based on speed and correctness.
Top performers received certificates and goodies, while participant feedback highlighted the event’s success in enhancing library engagement. The initiative effectively combined learning with gamification, reinforcing the library’s role as a vibrant, collaborative learning space.
